Recurrent Miscarriages and Recurrent Implantation Failure
This is defined as experiencing 3 or more miscarriages in a row or the inability to conceive after the transfer of 3 or more good quality embryos which have failed to achieve a pregnancy. It is a devastating experience albeit uncommon and affects about 1% of couples.

Dr. Maha's treatment plans are centred around the individual patient and their needs with attention to detail with careful charting of treatment protocols to get the best out of the treatment possible.
Intrauterine Insemination
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a minimally invasive fertility treatment designed to enhance the chances of sperm meeting the egg. Under the guidance of our experienced team, IUI is a simple, efficient, and cost-effective solution that can be a vital step in your fertility journey. The process involves ovulation induction to the point of ovulation and placing a concentrated specially prepared sample of sperm directly into the uterus.
Surgery to Optimise Fertility
Dr. Maha is specially fine tuned to recommend and carry out surgery to optimise fertility including the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis, removal of damaged tubes, removal of ovarian cysts, dermoid cysts, ovarian drilling designed to optimise PCO, removal of congenital uterine septa, polyps and fibroids.

Egg freezing, or oocyte cryopreservation, allows individuals to preserve their fertility for future family planning. Whether it’s for medical reasons or personal choice, our clinic is equipped to provide the utmost care and support in preserving your reproductive options.
Natural Cycle IVF
Natural cycle or minimal stimulation IVF is particularly useful for older woman with poor ovarian reserve where normal IVF stimulation does not produce results. The treatment involves either following a natural cycle through to egg retrieval or by using minimal medications to facilitate a better choice of eggs in an environment of poor egg numbers and quality.
Male Infertility
Infertility can affect 8-9 % of males and in 1 in 5 cases male infertility alone is the cause. Male infertility can be due to poor sperm production or due to a blockage in the tubes that feed the sperm into the penis. There are many reasons for this and early assessment with the specialist is recommended.
